  3. Onboarding
    We onboard the team and make sure they have everything they need to start working on your project.

After that, you now have a dedicated team working on your project for as long as you need them!

You can scale up or down as needed. We will take care of the rest.

Situation

headhunter.social were in a situation where their initial founder had a great idea, but had limited domain knowledge and no technical resources available.


Task

The obstacles at hand were roughly to

  1. Acquire more knowledge of the market needs.
  2. Find a technical co-founder who both understood the domain as well as how to build a solution.

Action

Together with headhunter.social we agreed on starting with a interactive mock-up using Figma.

Having this we could compare the data we had found from second- and third party sources with feedback directly from potential clients.

This put us in a position to acquire knowledge on the domain and figure out how we worked together. This information was used to decide whether or not this was a business case to invest resources into as well as if we (STAFET) were a good fit as co-founder for headhunter.social.


Result

We managed to make deals with 2 clients using the “Figma prototype” confirming the market so we could build the product.

Four months after launch, headhunter.social has achieved 9 new clients and continously improved the product and is now in a good position for growth.

Situation

Recopat were in a situation where they needed further improvements of their product to close new deals. It was important to get a long term partner as they unfortunately had several replacements of developers working on the project during different periods.

The system was also complex requiring a developer with a lot of experience.


Task

  1. Determine a remuneration and project description that will attract talent keeping them motivated to stay with the project long term.
  2. Sourcing, validating and onboarding candidates at a pace without Recopat diminishing their growth trajectory.

Action

  1. Created a remuneration and project description that was attractive to developers.
  2. Defined the profile of the ideal candidate.
  3. Designed & conducted interviews to confirm candidates were a true fit.

Result

We attracted the right talent that is motivated and continuously brings value to Recopat by producing good solutions, which ultimately enables sales to be more efficient.

Softbrik were in a situation where their need for technical specialists emerged one day from the other in order to grow.


Task

Sourcing, validating and onboarding candidates at a pace without Softbrik diminishing their growth trajectory.


Action

  1. Defined the profile of the ideal candidate.
  2. Designed & conducted interviews to confirm candidates were a true fit.

Result

We did onboarding of candidates within 10 work days, which kept the growth trajectory intact.
